My goal at this meeting:
*answer ALL your questions
*give you a visual of what having me as your doula will look like
*go over my fees and payment schedule
*and lastly, leaving you with my consultation packet and excited to get to the next step!
This is completely FREE and usually takes about an hour or less.

2 Prenatal Visits
This is where I listen to your needs, get to know you and your partners expectations
and we connect deeply creating a sacred bond as a team.
Creating a plan for your birth preferences.
Covering your expectations and how to overcome any fears or complications.
Tuning into your birth intentions and infusing those intentions into your everyday routine.
Then working together as a team: me, you and your partner covering all the
comfort measures for pain management, developing techniques for the three R's:
RELAXATION-RHYTHM-RITUAL,
and practicing birthing rhythms in your home.

Birth Support
My role here is you and your partners total support.
With your birth intentions I will support you through as you feel empowered and informed to make any necessary decisions. Every birth is unique so my unwavering support is devoted to your specific needs.
1-2 hrs Following Birth
The first few hours are very precious known as the Golden Hour, your family bonding time.
My support will be with your wishes.
From helping with the first latch, skin to skin time, and photography.
One Postpartum Follow-up Visit
Follow up visit after arriving home with your new bundle of joy.
This visit is to meet you where ever you may be, assessing you and babies well being as well as the being of the whole family.
I will help you with any questions from your birth experience and offer tips, suggestions, and referrals if needed.
On my final departure I'll leave you "my forever doula family" with my love and invitation to stay forever connected.
All doula babies receive a special handmade gift made with so much love.
include a birth processing journal and Mothers Milk tea package.
*I am available to you anytime 24 hrs a day two weeks before and after your due date.
You may contact me anytime before and after that period by phone, email, or text and I will get back to you at my earliest convenience which is typically within the 1/2 hour.

Postpartum care is essential during the first forty days to ensure moms complete rest and healing process.
I focus on moms healing, basic breastfeeding, baby bonding, family routines, establishing a support system, mental wellness, healthy relationships, and whatever your unique needs may be.
My departure gift is a mommy meditation video connecting you to your pelvic floor healing
and self love nourishment.
The perfect add on to this package is my professional belly binding service
