-COVID-19: Virtual Birth Doula-
I know that birthing during a pandemic can be frightening with uncertainty, confusion, and even anxiety. Now, more than ever, birthing families will benefit from the support of a doula.
Knowing many hospitals are restricting visitor access, the birth world has responded by increased virtual support options.
What does virtual support look like?
Continuous remote access to your doula via phone, text, zoom, face-time, or
hospital landline during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

Mailed package of essential comfort tools: Rebozo, essential oil inhalers, acupressure guide w/nausea bands, and quick reference guide for support person.
2-4 zoom prenatal sessions with hands on practice for mom and support person
Online education: Evidence based childbirth education, advocacy, knowing your rights in the COVID-19 time, breastfeeding, and daily activities to grow into a healthy pregnancy and birth.
Complimentary use of my TENS device and lending library, mailed to you
